5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Worn footwear, final sale/clearance items, personalized products, and intimate apparel like Wally Stretch Sox (unless defective).

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items (e.g., Men’s Boots, Lildude Shoes), contact us immediately for a prepaid return and replacement/refund.
