Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items purchased from buyfootweardeal.com within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Worn Footwear: Any shoes showing signs of wear, scuffing, or soiling.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase. (Please check product descriptions carefully.)
  • Personalized/Customized Products: Items that have been specially ordered or altered.
  • Accessories without Defects: Intimate apparel like Wally Stretch Sox and other socks for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Note

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange shipment.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

Damaged or Defective Items
